Method 1: Using Jio4G Voice App

Step 1: Connect your android phone to the JioFi network.

Step 2: Go to play store. Download/install Jio4GVoice android app.

Step 3: once the Jio4G Voice app will get installed, you will have to configure it with the JioFi sim.

Note: if you've already installed the Jio4GVoice application on your android, delete the respective app data and register Jio4GVoice with the sim card that you're using with your router.

Step 4: In this step, you will receive an OTP on your alternate number for verification purposes. Just enter the OTP into the box once you receive it.

Note: It may require multiple requests to revive the OTP. So, keep trying until your receive the OTP on your alternate number.

Step 5: Once the verification will get completed, Jio4GVoice will get configured with respective sim card on your android device. Now you will be able to make audio and video calls using Jio4GVoice App.

Step 6: Now make a call to "1299" right after the app gets configured. The call will get disconnected automatically as soon as it will get connected, and you will receive a message from the operator with all your account details including data balance, SMS and call log details.

Method 2: Using MyJio App

MyJio is another smartphone application by Reliance Jio that you can use to check data balance, SMS and call logs of your Jio package. Simply install the application and log in with either your registered phone number with otp or by using your email address. Well, we will suggest you to use an email to register on MyJio app as by doing so you will be able to login Jio desktop website with same login credentials and check the data balance, SMS and call logs of your Jio package.

  • OTP: you may have to struggle sometime to receive the OTP to verify your account. Thus, keep trying continuously until you revive  OTP and the app accepts the OTP.
