2) Exercise

Exercise is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Lifting weights is more effective in fat buring that aerobics. This is because the body uses up more energy to maintain muscle, which requires buring more calories while it is at rest.  Hence, the more muscle you build, the faster you’ll burn off belly fat.

3) Resistance Training

Resistance training uses your own body’s weight to strengthen your muscles without the use of any equipment. This include push-ups, pull-ups, Crunches, sit-ups, Lunges, sun salutations, Pilates and more. Few minutes of warm before and after this training could help you avaoid any type on injury.

4) Yoga

There are multiple yoga poses that could help you get rid of belly fat within few days. One of the most effective of all of them is "Pranayama". In Sanskrit 'Pran' means 'Breath' and 'Ayama' means 'control' so it is called as Pranayama. It is an effective breathing control technique. This can be done by simply sitting with staright rib, close the right nostril, and inhale with the left nostril, and then immediately close left nostril and exhale with the right nostril. In this way try quick breathing by changing the nostrils.

5) Sleep and Water

You must have regular 8-9 hrs of sleep for the proper functioning of the body. Along with this you should drink 2-3 Litres of water a day. It will keep your body hydrated and full, and keep your metabolism online.
